Configurable Field Selection for Candidate Notes Enrichment

What’s new?
Admins can now choose which candidate fields Amplify analyzes when suggesting record updates from notes. Within Amplify Admin > Entity Settings, you can select up to 20 fields, including custom fields, for Amplify to consider during note enrichment. Previously, Amplify only analyzed a fixed set of standard fields such as salary, email, phone, and employment preference.
Why does it matter?
This enhancement gives you more control over the data Amplify evaluates, allowing you to align enrichment suggestions with your organization’s priorities. By focusing on the fields your team relies on, Amplify can deliver more relevant insights while reducing unnecessary suggestions.
How do I enable this?
This enhancement is automatically available for all customers using Bullhorn Amplify Edition.
To select fields for enrichment:

Go to Menu > Admin > Amplify Admin.

Open the Entity Settings tab.

Expand the Candidate section.

Select the fields you want Amplify to analyze (up to 20 fields).

Save your changes.
